Tasnee was established in 1985 as the Saudi private sector’s first fully owned joint-stock industrial company, with the aim of advancing the economic diversification in Saudi Arabia. Headquartered in Riyadh.

An exciting opportunity is available Supt, Environment Located in Jubail.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Role involves development, implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System, coaching section staff, performing (internal & external) audits, advising Senior Management of environmental potential risks and issues.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring TASNEE is in compliance with the Royal Commission’s and the local

authority’s environmental regulations

• Continuously work for the improvement, development and implementation of

the Environmental Management System

• Perform internal and external Environmental evaluations and audits

• Advise Senior Management and line Management for (major) potential

Environmental losses

• Provide “Personnel Development Plans”, coaching & evaluation of section

personnel

• Prepare and maintain the environmental section annual budget

• Perform the renewal of Environmental Permit to Operate Environment Permit to

Operate (EPO) for TASNEE’s plants

• Coordinate within EHSS for Turned around Maintenance (TAM) activities and

support them for any environmental and sustainability related activities

• Coordinate and Conduct environmental requirements (Air, Water, Waste

Management, Hazard Materials, Noise, and Resources) for TASNEE plants

• Process the renewal of TASNEE Radiation Handling Permit Certificates with King

Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST)

• Import/export the radiation sources when required and coordinate with all

associated authorities

• Conduct complete Royal Commission (RC) correspondence and or other agencies,

related to environment, and to get feedback from related department if required

• Ensure that environment management system complies with IMRS

• Propose and implement departmental policies and procedures, in order to

ensure the Quality and cost-effective service delivery to the internal customers

• Provide support to all departments in the implementation of Environment

Management Procedures, to ensure that TASNEE standards are being met.

Minimum Qualification:

• Professional Qualification in RCER (Royal Commission Environment Regulation)

• Professional in in ISO 14001 Environment management System .

Minimum Experience:

5 years of experience in Environment management in Petrochemical
