We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Record customer information, feedback, and sales activity in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new opportunities.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
