About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads through effective telecommunication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company projects and services.

Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide accurate project details.

Identify prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team.

Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and sales KPIs.

Update CRM with client interactions, feedback, and progress reports.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.

Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic/other languages are an advantage).

Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
