Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident TELEMARKETER to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote and generate leads for our audiovisual and IT product range.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
– Introduce and promote audiovisual and IT products and solutions
– Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team
– Maintain and update customer records and call logs
– Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
– Handle basic customer queries and provide product information

REQUIREMENTS:

– Should have Sales Skills.
– Good communication skills in active listening , Writing and Speaking English is a must.
– Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
– Ability to work independently and meet targets.
