Telesales Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our real estate brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our property listings and services, and setting appointments for the sales team. You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors from provided databases and self-sourced leads.
* Promote and explain real estate services, current listings, and investment opportunities.
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
* Maintain a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools.
* Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and messages to nurture interest and ensure consistent engagement.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.
* Collaborate with sales agents to coordinate property viewings and client meetings.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle objections or queries professionally.
* Keep up to date with market trends, property inventory, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (real estate experience is a plus).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
* Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
* Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
* Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM systems.
