We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our FOREX trading services, and converting leads into active clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our forex trading products and services.
Convert leads into active clients through consultative selling and relationship building.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
Provide excellent client service, guiding potential clients through the account opening and funding process.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM system to ensure consistent engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and client support teams to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

6 Months sales experience in Forex or crypto field
Language more preferreble> English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
