Telesales Executive

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Dubai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized property solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining customer records, meeting sales quotas, and providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills
Customer Service and Customer Support experience
Proven Sales skills
Experience in providing Training is a plus
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
