Job Brief :
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our Dubai-based team. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers—informing, persuading, and closing sales. Your excellent communication skills, resilience, and consultative approach will be key to meeting and exceeding targets.

✅ Key Responsibilities :
* Initiate outbound calls using scripts to present products or services.
*Ask questions to identify customer needs and address queries effectively.
*Close sales by promoting solutions and upselling where appropriate.
*Record and update customer details, sales, and call outcomes in CRM.
*Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
*Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas.
*Escalate complex queries to senior sales/support teams.
*Handle complaints professionally, preserving company reputation.

Requirements & Qualifications:
*Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets over the phone.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
*Calm under pressure, resilient in the face of rejection, and persistent.
*Additional languages are a plus.
