Urgent Required Civil Engineer with Driving License and UAE Experience

Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Estimation, Getting new project to company, Site handling etc. This role requires a deep understanding of all civil work and unit price for work as per UAE, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:
Develop detailed designs and plans for construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Perform feasibility studies, site investigations, and preliminary assessments to determine project scope and costs.

Project Management:
Manage the execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure proper integration of all systems and components.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and quality control procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and projects stay on track.

Construction Supervision:
Supervise construction sites, manage subcontractors, and ensure that projects are executed according to the approved design and specifications.
Address any technical or operational challenges that may occur during construction.

Environmental and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all projects meet environmental and safety regulations and that the site is a safe working environment for all personnel.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigate any potential hazards.

Budget and Resource Management:
Prepare cost estimates, review budgets, and track project expenses to ensure financial performance meets expectations.
Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Client Interaction:
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure their requirements are met.
Provide updates on project status, address concerns, and incorporate feedback into project plans.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
UAE Experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in Civil & maintenance work.
Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction codes and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
