Job Description

The duties of the Sales Executive include but not limited to:

• Tidy up and Clean up the working station
• Receive and segregate items per department
• Check the items received one by one and ensure that the assessment is correct
• Check the Emails and WhatsApp
• Update the customer when items are delayed
• Receiving the orders from shops
• Assisting and support from stations
• Inform the management about the frequent mistakes
• Follow up on the daily target
• Control the delays
• Conduct the daily and weekly meeting
• Manage the transition with the new joiners
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director regarding the Quality standards and Processes
• Inform the Managing Director if there is any damage or complaint
• Prioritize the rejections
• Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level
• Daily Follow-up: Reminder & Rejection Status, print out the alerts etc…
• Manage the internal rejections and follow up with the team
• Refill Station Stock
• Coordinate and follow up with the teams if the items are received
• Ensure that products are used properly and in good manner
• Report any broken items
• Coordinate with other Departments
• Participate to monthly OMM
