Job Description

Identify and convert new outsourcing opportunities to drive business growth.
Prospect and onboard new clients in Kuwait through proactive outreach and networking.
Expand revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling services.
Prepare and support proposals, pricing, and client presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized outsourcing solutions.
Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic initiatives.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and timely response.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and report business development activities to management.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or professional services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in preparing proposals, client presentations, and managing accounts.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals independently.
Based in Kuwait or open to relocation.
Arabic speaking is an advantage
