Job Description
To manage the category’s reputation and reinforcing trust among customers
• To do a complete medical check-up as per category before starting a treatment to ensure proper results.
• To be responsible for rendering Dermat & laser services as per standard operating procedures
• To be responsible for performing dermatological & cosmetology procedures
• To accurately diagnosis cosmetic problems & resolve the same.
• To ensure all programs are executed within their respective validity periods.
• To counsel clients not achieving planned results in coordination with Category Heads and provide support to team members so that the client’s goals are achieved.
• To ensure correct guidance is provided on skin care & soft cell appropriate Dermat & laser packages.
• To promote maintenance packages for clients who have already completed stipulated no of sessions for Dermat procedures.
• To ensure safe handling and upkeep of all electrical / electronic equipment in the Dermat section.
• To ensure to disinfect and sterilize the tools and equipment’s after every session as per the SOPs & ensure general upkeep of the work area.
• To attend training programs as nominated & ensure implementation of learning’s and cascade the same to team members.
• To assist the centre to organize events and to participate in indoor in events to maximize sales.
• To offer cross selling & recommend VLPC products, provide recommendations on skin & beauty treatments.
• To ensure health and safety requirements of customers are met within the services and comply with Health & Safety Legislation.
• Documentation & Reports
• Ensure information in the client cards is complete and accurate including – client signature & comments, Dermat counselling.
• To be responsible for role and category wise productivity analysis as per resource guidelines provided by the support office from time to time.
• To achieve PMS target on monthly basis for execution . The targets are subject to change as per business requirement with prior intimation to employee.
