Job Description

1. Governance & Compliance Framework Implementation

Develop and implement corporate governance structures aligned with Kuwaiti regulations.
Establish and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
2. Overseeing Corporate Governance Execution

Monitor and ensure effective implementation of governance policies.
Establish KPls to assess governance effectiveness.
3. Conflict of Interest in Disclosure Management

Develop and enforce Conflict of Interest Disclosure Policies.
Assess and mitigate conflict of interest risks.
4. ISO Compliance Implementation

Implement compliance systems aligned with ISO 19600 & ISO 37301.
Conduct internal audits to ensure ISO 37301 compliance.
5. Reporting & Regulatory Engagement

Provide compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
6. Compliance Training & Awareness

Develop and deliver compliance and governance training programs.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Strong knowledge of ISO standards for governance and compliance, including ISO 37000, ISO 37301, ISO 31000, ISO 37001, and ISO 19600. · Experience in conflict-of-interest disclosure and corporate ethics programs.

Qualification: ·

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management.
Experience: · Minimum 15 years of experience in governance, compliance, internal audit, and risk management within Kuwait.

CCGP- Certified Corporate Governance Professional
CCEP- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional
CGP – Chartered Governance Professional
