Job Description

Manage and enhance the company’s IT systems and digital platforms.

Maintain and update product/service databases.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle and follow up customer orders.

Improve company’s online presence through SEO and digital marketing tools.

Provide technical support for IT and software-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian

Diploma(Computers), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. 5 years of experience in digital platforms, IT systems, or e-commerce. Strong knowledge of programming and databases. Proficiency in Excel and data management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good command of English (spoken & written). Indian nationality preferred. Candidates outside Kuwait will be provided with visa support. Accommodation is provided by the company.
