BOB Construction Co. is proud to launch the Management Trainee – Engineering Program, designed to identify, train, and develop ambitious graduates in Civil Engineering and Architecture.
This is a 2-month internship-to-hire program, offering participants structured exposure to both Procurement & Tendering and Projects (Site Work). The program also includes professional development sessions to build technical, managerial, and leadership skills.
Note: During the internship phase, participants will receive expense coverage only. This period is intended as an investment in training and development. Upon successful completion, top performers will be offered full-time employment with a structured salary and career progression plan.
Participate in a structured 2-month training rotation, gaining experience in both Procurement & Tendering and Projects (Site Work).
Assist the Procurement and Tendering team in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), evaluating supplier quotations, and supporting cost comparisons.
Support the Projects (Site) team with supervision, daily progress reporting, quality checks, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Prepare and review technical and commercial documents under the supervision of senior engineers.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making in procurement and project execution.
Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate to supervisors when needed.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for both procurement and site activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information and project alignment.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to build technical and managerial skills.
Demonstrate strong initiative, discipline, and commitment to professional growth throughout the program.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Any, Civil)
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years).
Strong GPA, honors, or valedictorian background preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Ability to work under supervision and adapt to different departments.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute in both office and site environments.
Based in Kuwait.
Driving License Required.
