Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage purchasing and procurement operations for our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in wholesale and retail procurement, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be ready to relocate to Oman immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor management, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to ensure timely availability of products.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to understand purchasing requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in procurement, purchasing, or general trading (experience from India, Oman, or other countries accepted).
Knowledge: Basic understanding of wholesale and retail procurement.
Skills:
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Good negotiation and organizational skills.
Must be able to relocate to Oman immediately.
Job Details & Benefits:
Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary: OMR 250–300 (inclusive of food and accommodation)
Location: Oman
Holidays: Friday & Saturday
Visa & Flight: Provided by the company
Leave Policy:
After 2 years: 2 months paid holiday
From the 3rd year onward: 1 month paid leave for every year of service
Employment Type: Long-term with full company support and benefits
Joining:
Immediate joining is preferred.
