Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Secretary to support our C-Suite Executive. This critical role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and discretion to manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and confidential tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for the C-Suite Executive, handling correspondence, emails, and calls.
Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring time efficiency and prioritization.
Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa arrangements.
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate communication and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Assist with personal tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed by the executive.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary supporting C-Suite Executives or senior leadership.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management software, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules and urgent priorities.
