Job Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in the UAE and international markets to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of wholesale and retail purchasing dynamics within the UAE market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale suppliers, traders, and distributors in the UAE and other global markets.
• Ensure the timely procurement of materials required for general trading, wholesale, and retail supply operations.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Stay updated with market trends, supplier developments, and new product innovations in the UAE and globally.
• Conduct periodic cost analysis to identify potential savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.

Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
• Extensive knowledge of wholesale and retail purchasing within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of global markets and the ability to source materials from international suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of procurement experience in General Trading (Wholesale & Retail Equipment Procurement).
• Strong expertise in sourcing PPE & Safety Items, Pipes & Fittings, Valves, Parker Products, Eaton Products, Hoses & Fittings, and Electrical Items.
• Ability to negotiate and procure products from both UAE suppliers and international markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and contract management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
