Job Description
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from feasibility and planning through to design, procurement, construction, and handover.
Represent the client’s interests in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Engage and coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Oversee project scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Lead contract administration and procurement strategies, including negotiation and tender evaluation.
Monitor site progress, identify potential issues early, and implement proactive solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of construction projects from the client’s side. With 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, the ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong track record of overseeing projects from inception through to completion
Skills & Experience:
10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, including significant experience in client-side project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple residential and interior design construction projects simultaneously.
Experience in luxury residential villas and luxury high rise buildings
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent commercial acumen and contract management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
