Job Description
Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure all pizzas and menu items are prepared to company standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Monitor food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to reduce waste and maintain optimal food costs.
Implement and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Customer Service and Experience:
Ensure excellent customer service by training and leading staff to exceed guest expectations.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, inviting, and family-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement staff development programs.
Financial Management:
Monitor restaurant expenses and sales performance to meet revenue and profit goals.
Control labor and food costs while maximizing efficiency.
Ensure accurate cash handling, POS system management, and daily financial reporting.
Marketing and promotions:
Support local marketing efforts to drive traffic and increase sales.
Implement promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal menu changes.
Engage with customers through social media and feedback programs.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in restaurant management, Must have experience in a pizza Chain.
Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory control.
