Achieve monthly and quarterly volume, distribution, and coverage targets
Execute daily market visits across assigned routes and outlets
Ensure product visibility, availability, and execution excellence at the point of sale
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with the sales supervisor and back-office teams to ensure smooth operations
Submit accurate daily reports, including stock status and order follow-ups
Ensure compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines

2+ years of experience in FMCG or similar industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Good knowledge of local market dynamics
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Valid Oman driving license
