Job Description

Manage and nurture existing client accounts in the IT services domain.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Coordinate with project and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and with quality.
Build strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
Prepare and present project status reports and business reviews to clients.
Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business development strategies.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and communications using CRM tools.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile

Indian

Any Graduation

Female

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven 2–4 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within the IT services sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Technical understanding of IT services and ability to explain solutions in client-friendly terms.
Experience handling Middle East clients or working in the GCC region is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Any certifications in account management, customer success, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) are desirable.
