Application Support Analyst (Petroleum/ Energy)

Job Description

This role is for an application support analyst who will work with other functional and technical consultants to provide daily application support. We want this role to be filled by someone who is passionate about learning latest technology, solving problems, a team player and is excited about working in a challenging environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or relevant IT Logistics and Contracts field

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT Procurement & Contracts and quality assurance positions in similar organizations

Job Specific Skills:

• Knowledge of IT service management principles and best practice (ITIL)

• Knowledge of ICT budget

• Excellent project management and control skills

• Good knowledge in Windows applications such as (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, ERP system, Email, etc.)

• Good knowledge about latest Technologies

• Analytical mindset

• Good communication, presentation, analytical & interpretation skills
