BIM Manager (MEP)

Job Description

Lead and manage BIM implementation for MEP disciplines.
Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans, standards, and workflows.
Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural teams to resolve clashes.
Supervise BIM modelers and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of BIM deliverables.
Conduct clash detection, issue tracking, and model reviews using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for BIM coordination and approvals.
Support creation of shop drawings, as-built models, and model-based documentation.
