Job Description
Forecast and plan branch requirements based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.
Inventory monitoring and controlling in terms of near expires as per the company policy.
Analyzing the SOH & historical sales data for each item in the portfolio to ensure that purchase orders are placed in alignment with the suppliers lead time.
Monitor branch stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Stock allocation between the divisions in alignment with each brand potential & target
Work closely with division managers to understand business needs and align resources accordingly.
Develop and maintain branch performance reports, including sales, costs, and inventory utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in branch planning and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Business Administration
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or planning (branch-level experience preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
