We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Clinical Tracking Coordinator to join our client hospital in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker with strong English skills and a solid background in hospital operations and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track clinical documentation and workflow across departments
Maintain and update patient data using Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
Coordinate between clinical teams to ensure proper documentation flow
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards
Generate regular reports and present insights to relevant stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Intermediate School

Any

Native Arabic speaker with good command of English
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Valid QID and transferable NOC are mandatory
