Position Title: Smoothie & Juice Bar Manager
We are launching an innovative smoothie and juice bar located inside a premium gym in a leading mall. Our vision is to redefine consumer spending by promoting health, energy, and wellness through our product offerings. We are seeking a passionate and highly qualified Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and contribute strategically to the brand’s rapid growth and market leadership. The Manager will not only run the day-to-day operations but will also advise ownership on strategic developments, product innovation, customer engagement, and operational scaling. Performance milestones will be directly tied to compensation to align goals and ensure mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centric experience.
Implement and maintain operational standards including hygiene, service, and product quality.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team (baristas, shift supervisors, etc.).
Establish and monitor staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency and customer service.
Ensure full compliance with the local health, safety, and food handling standards.
Collaborate with ownership to refine and develop the menu based on trends and customer feedback.
Recommend seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and upselling strategies to drive revenue.
Monitor customer trends and competitor activities to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
Contribute ideas for new products, operational efficiency improvements, and customer experience innovations.
Advise on expansion opportunities and scalable operational models for future branches.
Track and report on daily/weekly/monthly KPIs including sales targets, average ticket size, customer retention, and cost control.
Conduct cost and margin analysis to maximize profitability.
Ensure achievement of agreed revenue growth targets, customer acquisition goals, and operational efficiencies.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotions and campaigns are effectively supported at the store level.
Engage with the gym community to create cross-promotional opportunities and build loyal customer relationships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing smoothie bars, juice bars, coffee shops, or similar F&B operations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, health-focused F&B trends, and wellness consumer behavior is a plus.
Experience in developing menus, costing, and launching new products.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
