Job Description
Manage end-to-end service contract lifecycle: development, tendering, execution, and administration.
Ensure contracts comply with corporate policies and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with end users to gather procurement requirements and recommend strategies.
Provide expertise during tendering: pricing, technical, and commercial documentation.
Support smooth contract handover to post-award teams and ongoing administration.
Analyze historical demand and spend to optimize procurement strategies and costs.
Review and interpret complex contract and tender documents.
Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor supplier performance and negotiate to optimize cost and quality.
Conduct cost analysis and design compensation models to capture savings.
Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with financial authority controls.
Support annual demand planning and ensure timely contract execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Indian, Indonesian, Malaysian, Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Commercial discipline.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas contracting/procurement.
Strong knowledge of pre-award contract processes in O&G industry.
Good understanding of contract law, supplier relations, and industry best practices.
Proven skills in negotiation, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Ability to analyze costs and optimize procurement strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
