Job Description
Duty No. 1: Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients such as multinational companies, government entities, and SMEs, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Develop tailored rental and leasing solutions to meet client-specific needs and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
Duty No. 2: Sales Supervision & Team Leadership
Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to ensure daily targets are met.
Monitor performance KPIs and coach the team to achieve and exceed goals.
Conduct regular meetings to discuss pipeline, challenges, and client feedback
Duty No. 3: Revenue Growth & Strategy
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and pricing policies in line with market trends.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as set by the company.
Recommend new business opportunities and partnerships.
Duty No. 4: Client Relationship Management
Serve as the key point of contact for high-value clients.
Resolve client concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and follow-up action plans
Duty No. 5: Market Research & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.

Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)
Male
Education and Certification
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Experience
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in car rental, fleet, or automotive industries
Knowledge
· Deep understanding of the Qatar market, including key industries and players
Language Skills
· Bilingual – Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Computer skills
· Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms
