Job Description

Platform Implementation & Support:
Implement and support enterprise applications for:
Credit Control Management
Number Management & GIS Integration
Supply Chain & Network Inventory Management
Treasury operations and collections
Prepaid activation & dealer systems
Routing and validation for fixed-line services
SIM & Voucher Management:
SIM lot ordering, quality testing, encryption/decryption
Load and configure SIM types (Nano, Micro, etc.)
Generate and validate voucher serials
Prepaid Activation & Commissioning:
Validate pre-activation cycles
Ensure sales stock availability
QA of SIM batches & commission system integration
Voucher tracking and reconciliation
Network & Number Management:
Number lifecycle management and ETR module access
Maintain consistency between CRM and network identifiers
Configure number portability and support IPTV/FTTH services
Treasury Operations:
Reconcile payment channels, automate treasury ops
Create dashboards & coordinate with third-party vendors
Customize CRM tools per process specs
Development & Technical Support:
Handle in-house development, technical design, change requests
Provide Level 3 support for CRM & application platforms
Assist business units in service portfolio development
Ensure compliance with security & revenue assurance policies
Solution Design & Performance Management:
Act as SME for design methodologies and architecture
Identify testing strategies and manage KPI reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT, with solid experience in Telecom B/OSS (CRM EBS)
