Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a high-rise tower comprising 20 or more floors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building management, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and tenant relations, with the ability to manage both technical and administrative aspects of facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and security systems.
Ensure 24/7 building functionality, cleanliness, and safety across all floors and common areas.
Supervise and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor performance and service levels of security, housekeeping, MEP, landscaping, and other facility services.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Manage and track maintenance schedules, incident reports, and repair logs.
Develop and control the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and timely procurement of materials or services.
Handle tenant complaints and requests professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure that all safety systems (e.g., fire alarms, emergency lighting) are functional and regularly tested.
Support administrative functions such as asset management, documentation, reporting, and compliance audits.
Lead or support renovation or fit-out projects and liaise with contractors and consultants as required.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years managing high-rise towers (20+ floors).
Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in facility management software/tools (e.g., CAFM systems).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
