Job Description
Oversee and manage the entire handover process, ensuring smooth transitions of projects from construction to operations.
Conduct thorough inspections of completed projects, identifying and documenting any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and review handover documentation, such as as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty information.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required, providing a strong technical foundation.
Relevant certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, demonstrate project management proficiency.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handover or commissioning within the construction or infrastructure industry is essential.
Experience in Ashghal projects
