Maintain documentation for IT processes and user guides.
Provide support for medical software and equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
Support IT operations during emergencies and on-call requirements.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, networking, and software troubleshooting, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or related platforms.

Any Arab National, Indian, Pakistani
Diploma(Computers, Electronics), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication), Bachelor of Science(Technology)
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and networking roles.
Strong knowledge of:
Linux & Windows operating systems
Networking protocols and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and Firewall Support.
Software installation, upgrades, and patch management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a strong advantage.
