Job Description
The Key Account Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, including retailers, hypermarkets, hotels, and other major business accounts. This role is critical in promoting and increasing the sales of our high-quality bottled water products. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and a strong passion for the FMCG industry.
Duties and Tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, warehouse) to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns within key accounts
• Monitor inventory levels and product presentation at retail and hypermarket outlets.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market updates to senior management.
• Follow up on payments and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the accounts team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, preferably in FMCG or the bottled water industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License.
