Job Description
The Lead Security Guard is responsible for overseeing daily security operations and leading a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. This role involves supervising guards, coordinating shift schedules, responding to incidents, and enforcing policies and procedures.
