Mechanical Technician

Job Description

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and repair mechanical equipment to the highest standards.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, providing efficient solutions.

Operational Support:

Ensure on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands.

Improve maintenance efficiency and reduce nonproductive time (NPT) of assets.

Compliance & Documentation:

Adhere to standards and reliability-centered maintenance strategy.

Record work orders, parts used, labor costs, and maintenance history in the Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in initiatives to improve asset utilization and reduce cost of service delivery.

Support failure investigations and implement corrective actions.

Safety & Quality:

Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations while working in hazardous environments.
