MEP Construction Manager

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee all MEP construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications; coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and attend coordination meetings with the client, consultant, and other disciplines.
Ensure all installations comply with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to ensure proper MEP integration.
Manage material submittals, approvals, and procurement in line with project schedules.
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control procedures are implemented.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes of MEP systems.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource allocation for efficiency.
