Design, coordinate, and oversee MEP systems for various projects
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning
Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
Design and analyze MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, while optimizing energy efficiency for sustainable building performance.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify the installation and performance of MEP systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for MEP systems, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Oversee the procurement of MEP materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality for project needs.
Lead troubleshooting efforts on MEP systems during commissioning and post-construction phases, ensuring swift resolution of issues to maintain project timelines.
Implement innovative MEP solutions, keeping abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety regulations, ensuring all MEP work adheres to safety standards to protect team members and project stakeholders.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science
Male
At least 2 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Must be immediately available to join
Valid driver’s license is mandatory
Strong technical knowledge in MEP design and implementation
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other structural design software is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, with a focus on MEP systems design and analysis.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP engineering within commercial and residential projects, showcasing a proven track record of successful implementations.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM technologies for effective project development.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex engineering problems and make data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present ideas clearly.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring precision in designs and adherence to specifications while minimizing errors and rework.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, maintaining focus on project deadlines without compromising quality.
Cultural adaptability, with a preference for candidates familiar with the local construction practices and regulations of the region.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus to enhance communication in diverse project environments.
