Job Description

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
Integrate CRM systems with other applications and platforms, facilitating seamless data flow and enhancing user experience.
Implement automated workflows and business processes within the CRM, driving operational efficiency and reducing manual tasks.
Conduct thorough testing of CRM applications to identify and resolve bugs or performance issues prior to deployment.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM customizations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Bachelor of Architecture

Any

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing CRM projects from conception to implementation.
Experience with JavaScript, and ASP dot net for developing CRM extensions and custom solutions.
Familiarity with Azure services and integration techniques to enhance CRM functionalities.
