Photocopier Service Engineer

Job Description

Roles:

We are looking for Xerox brand experienced Service Engineers to join our team in one of the Xerox operation in Middle East.

The ideal candidate should have hands on experience, Xerox Certified training’s in servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining photocopiers and MFPs of Xerox brand.

Responsibilities:

-Install, service and repair Xerox brand office/production printers and MFP’s at client location

-Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting procedures as per manufacturers guide.

-Perform preventative maintenance.

-Manage breakdown calls

-Maintain service records and reports

-Coordinate with Service team for technical support and parts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian

Diploma(Electrical, Electronics), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electronics/Telecomunication, Mechanical)

Male

-Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical or related engineering fields

-3 – 5 years of experience in Xerox brand office copier, production network copiers and printers.

-Knowledge of networking and connectivity (highly preferred)

-Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

-Good command in written and spoken English.

-Willingness to commute by car for field service works
