Job Description

RFP Analysis and Proposal Development:
Review and analyze technical and business requirements in RFPs.
Develop detailed and compliant proposals for government and enterprise clients.
Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content for future use.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with technical teams to create solution designs and specifications.
Prepare proof-of-concept demonstrations aligned with client needs.
Ensure solutions leverage Zero One’s service portfolio and meet technical standards.
Documentation and Presentation:
Develop clear, accurate technical documentation, including solution architectures and specifications.
Create and deliver presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a liaison between business development and technical teams during the presales process.
Engage with technology partners to align joint proposals with client requirements.
Support client meetings and technical clarification sessions.
Market Research:
Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights for improving solutions and services based on client feedback.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in presales, proposal development, or technical sales.
Experience working with government sector RFPs is highly desirable.
Proficiency in technical writing (Arabic and English is a plus).
Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and enterprise IT solutions.
