Job Description
Lead and manage the MEICA scope of the WWTP project, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, process, and environmental engineers.
Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of MEICA systems.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring performance and delivery standards are met.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project transparency and alignment.
Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in MEICA project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Diploma(Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical), Master of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEICA project management, preferably in water or wastewater treatment and infrastructure.
Proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of WWTP processes and MEICA systems.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and engineering software.
