Project Manager Transportation Services
Job Description
�We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee transportation operations serving schools, and plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale transportation projects, particularly within the Oil & Gas industry and school operations, and demonstrate strong expertise in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end transportation operations for students, staff, and corporate mobility projects.
• Plan, supervise, and optimize fleet deployment, driver scheduling, routes, and service delivery.
• Liaise with clients, specifically QELNG, schools, and plant operations, to ensure service excellence and timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar traffic laws, RLIC regulations, and all company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely inspections, servicing, and repair management of all vehicles.

Oversee vehicle insurance renewals, claims, and documentation in accordance with local policies.
• Utilize Fleet Management Systems and GPS tracking tools to monitor utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, manpower planning, and operational performance reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Master of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Environmental), Master of Science(Environmental Science), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
Any
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 7–8 years of experience in transportation project management, with at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar traffic regulations, automobile insurance policies, and fleet management systems.
• Strong understanding of vehicle technicalities, preventive maintenance, and operational cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License.
• RLIC experience in similar transportation projects is highly preferred.
