Job Description

Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to proactively address client concerns and gather feedback.
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in relationship management or client-facing roles, preferably in financial services or consulting.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a diverse client portfolio effectively.
Strong understanding of financial products and market trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
