Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front and back-of-house restaurant operations
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and customer service
Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen crew, and supervisors
Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with Qatar regulations
Handle customer complaints and queries professionally
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements
Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure adequate coverage
Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety laws and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems)
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Working Conditions:
6-day work week, including weekends and holidays
Fast-paced environment requiring standing and active supervision
On-call availability for urgent matters
