Rigging Superintendent

Job Description

Supervises and directs rigging crews during lifting operations.
Ensures all rigging work is carried out safely and according to regulations.
Assists in planning and organizing daily rigging tasks.
Supervise all rigging activities, including setup, lifting, and dismantling operations.
Inspect rigging gear and lifting equipment to ensure it is in good condition and certified.
Ensure all lifting operations follow lift plans, safety procedures, and engineering specifications.
Conduct Toolbox Talks, risk assessments, and pre-lift briefings with the crew.
Assign and monitor tasks for riggers and other support personnel.
Coordinate with crane operators, engineers, and site managers for safe execution.
