Job Description

Ensure strict compliance with rope access safety standards and procedures
Monitor and supervise rope access technicians during operations
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures
Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks
Maintain safety documentation and incident reports

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Proven experience in high-rise work environments
Strong knowledge of rope access safety regulations
IRATA or SPRAT certification preferred
Ability to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance on-site
