Job Objective

Represent the “Brands” in store and give the needed info about the product or related activity to the consumers / shoppers

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement the provided outlet visit schedule.
Merchandise company products in the assigned outlets by following company merchandising standards (FIFO/ Planogram/ Rental agreements/ Brand rule of Thumb)
To perform daily checks on all company products shelf space, location, Out of stock, expiry, visibility, damage, organization, and facings as per the agreed deal in assigned outlets.
Works with key accounts on the right stock replenishment to reduce/eliminate out of stocks.
Responsible for placing point of sales material (POS) in all covered stores.
Ensures that price tags are placed on all off shelf displays properly in the right place.
Looks and records shelf life of products on customer card. Makes sure that products with a fresh shelf life are in the back of the shelf and that products with old shelf life are placed on the front of the shelf (FIFO).
Ensure the correct implementation of the display agreements (permanent and temporary) and suggest opportunities for increase of space.
Coordinate with Sales representative and delivery driver on product delivery to receive stock from delivery truck and transfer the same to store/ shelves.
Interact directly with the consumers / shoppers while executing a tasting activity schedule.
Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade consumers / shoppers to purchase products or utilize services.
Deliver the needed information to the consumer / shoppers and transmit the feedback received from them.
Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, and other incentives to persuade people to buy products.
Research and investigate products to be presented to prepare for demonstrations.
Sell products being promoted, and keep records of sales.
Execution of the tasting promotions schedule set by the Retail Manager in all over Qatar.
Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in demos.
Follow the timings set on the promotion schedule.
Coordinate with the merchandisers regarding the outlets approvals, the availability of the promo packs and of the products to be sampled.
Keep high hygiene standards during tasting activities.
Report to the Retail Manager.

Any Nationality

Secondary School, Any Graduation

Female

Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as a promoter in the FMCG industry
Driving license
Good Communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, cheerful & outgoing
