Job Description

Role Objective

The incumbent is responsible for developing and support ETL jobs using SAP Data Services.

OPERATIONAL (90%)

Develop/Maintain ETL using SAP Data Services.
Develop/Maintain SQL Queries/ PL Sql procedures/ TSQL Procedures.
Oversee the identification, design and implementation of appropriate security measures/controls in relation to the ETLs.
Enforce compliance with Bank’s system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology Provide technical leadership as and when required.
Engage the Database Administrators, Network Administrators, Network Security Administrators, Quality Assurance team.
Monitor the articulation of alternate approaches in solving problems and provide advice towards the most efficient and effective approach.
Recommend viable solutions to improve customer service, satisfaction and response.
Ensure compliance with all QA policies/ procedures and standards.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
Good analytical skills, strategic planning and interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability on multitask and juggle multiple pressing projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines
Educational Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science with specialization in Application Development from a recognized university.

Experience:

• About 6-8 years of related experience of which a minimum of 4-6 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a Banking/Financial Industries.
