Senior UI/UX Designer – In-Flight Entertainment (IFE/IFEC Systems)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join a leading aviation team focused on enhancing the digital passenger experience. You will take full ownership of the visual design and development of user interfaces for seatback in-flight entertainment systems (IFE), connectivity portals, and IFEC mobile applications.

This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring intuitive, user-centric, and brand-consistent interfaces across multiple platforms and devices in the aviation environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product/UI development, with at least 2–3 years in the aviation or IFE/IFEC domain.
Deep knowledge of multiple IFE systems from leading OEMs (e.g., Panasonic, Thales, Safran).
Hands-on experience with Linux and Android-based UI development.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiarity with frontend frameworks is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Experience in mentoring, team leadership, and project coordination.
Familiarity with media encoding, content management systems, and integration pipelines.
